A new J for the LAMP stack

From Tom Limoncelli (an engineer with Google and co-author of Time Management for System Administrators) comes an enthusiastic welcome for Jifty, a Web application development framework. Tom says Jifty is "like a Ruby-on-Rails for Perl". It comes from from Jesse Vincent, David Glasser and Alex Vandiver. Jesse will be familiar to fans of Request Tracker -- an open source CRM.
